Processing will take place through suitable devices that ensure utmost security and privacy and can also take place through automated tools, aimed at storing, managing and transmitting data. Conferment of your personal data is optional; however, any refusal to provide this information would imply the objective impossibility of this company, to carry out a regular selection process involving you. Moreover, we inform you that your personal data can be notified to other Companies of Oldrati Group or specialised consulting firms for the same purposes, granted the adoption by these companies of similar security and privacy criteria, or it may be notified to third parties in compliance with laws or regulations. Moreover, we inform you that you can exercise the rights set forth by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and in particular, the right to promptly obtain the confirmation of the existence of your personal data, even if not registered yet, and notification in intelligible form, to know the origin of said data, processing logics, purposes and methods; to obtain the deletion, transformation in anonymous form or block of data processed in breach with laws, and also data update, correction or integration.
