Serie MID
The MID series of high pressure hoses for power washers, have been created to be used in machines with working pressure ranging from 30 to 160 mbar and to reach bursting pressure up to 600 bar.
The extrusion lines for these hoses are equipped with diameter laser control which allows the production to have a maximum tollerance of ±0.1 mm.
The assembly process is carried out on totally automated assembling and testing lines offering features such as pressure and dimensional tests on each hose.
They are equipped with sophisticated optical fibre systems and camera checks which can detect adn scrap eventual faulty fittings..
