General outline, description and features
- This is a flat spiral gasket made from a continuous strip of W-shaped metal wound in even spirals with filling material.
- When compressed, the W-shaped metal strip moves elastically to ensure perfect seal at all temperatures and with fluctuating pressures.
- The compression of the gasket can be controlled by modifying the number of layers of metal and filling. As this gasket does not have any adhesive, it is easy to remove after use.
