In response to the holding’s precise strategic development policy,  the Oldrati Group took over total control of Silital, one of the most important Italian producers of silicone products.

Silital Europe is leader in the moulding of seals and technical articles in liquid (LSR) and paste (HTV) silicone.

Following an agreement with  Wacker Chemie a compounds division was created that produces all VMQ and FVMQ compounds for the Italian market. This division was called Silmix.
Targeted investments in advanced moulding technologies and specific, increasingly up-to-date professional skills, placed Silital among the most important companies in Europe in the transformation of compounds, moulding and extrusion of organic and silicone rubber with different types of accelerations, obtaining highly accurate, flash free parts with totally automatic processes.


Today, with its two plants in Adro (Bs) and Settala (Mi), Silital Europe covers a total surface area of 13,000 sq producing moulded parts in LSR and HTV silicone, extruded silicone parts, made-to-measure pipes and sections, to be used in many sectors including the automobile, electric household appliances, electro-technical, food, military, engine, electronic, pharmacological and aeronautical sectors.
