img_link_target=&#8221;_self&#8221; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;5\/6&#8243;][vc_column_text]The <strong>Technical Center<\/strong> supports the client in the product engineering phase, from the feasibility analysis to co-design, from the prototype phase to industrialization.<br \/>\nThe design activities of the <strong>Technical Center<\/strong> can be supported by the finite elements analysis (FEA) in order to identify and solve potential or actual performance issues, since the design phase.<br \/>\nThe T<strong>est &amp; Validation activities<\/strong> carried out by our technical team are essential, and take place on the prototype during the development phase (<em>testing<\/em>) and on the finished product during validation (<em>validation)<\/em>, in order to ensure products compliant with the customers&#8217; specifications.<br \/>\nOver 1000 projects are realised every year, with an average of <strong>1.2 products<\/strong> actually conceived a day, <strong>60%<\/strong> <strong>of which destined to the rubber sector, 30% to the silicone sector and 10% to the plastic sector<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row top_margin=&#8221;page_margin_top&#8221;
