One of the main purposes of the month dedicated to the Environment is to raise awareness of existing environmental problems and to encourage citizens around the world to become aware of everyone’s responsibility for the protection of the planet.<\/b> If on the one hand it is not possible to go back, on the other hand the “simple” recycling<\/b> of raw materials is no longer sufficient.<\/p>\n
For this reason, it has become essential for companies to adopt an eco-design<\/b> approach, i.e. to pay more and more attention to the entire process of initial conception and design of articles of common use, in order to minimize the environmental impact during the entire life cycle both in the initial phase, reducing the consumption of virgin raw materials, and in the production phase, reducing the expenditure of energy required for the operation of machinery and then during the end of life, thus promoting a process of circular economy. <\/b><\/p>\n
An example is Ogreen<\/a>, the first regenerated and eco-sustainable rubber of Oldrati Group that allows to limit the production of waste and the consumption of virgin raw material, with consequent reduction of energy consumption and CO2 emissions.<\/b><\/p>\n Producing with a methodology based on eco-design<\/b> means planning and managing the end of life of each product and therefore the very moment in which waste is created: this is a theme of extreme importance also for rubber, an indispensable material that today can be recovered and regenerated to create new products.
