Oldrati Group’s corporate event was held today, Dec. 6, at Kilometro Rosso in Confindustria Bergamo headquarters.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Villongo (Bergamo), Dec. 6, 2022<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> – Today, <\/span><\/span><\/span>Dec. 6, the Gruppo Oldrati<\/a><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> – one of the most important international groups in the production of rubber, plastic and silicone products – presented at <\/span><\/span><\/span>Kilometro Rosso<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>, in <\/span><\/span><\/span>Confindustria Bergamo, the future goals and strategies<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>, but also the challenges that were unthinkable until a few years ago. Present, in addition to a large representation of the company, were <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manuel Oldrati<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>, CEO of the group, <\/span><\/span><\/span>Luciano Attolico<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>, General Manager and Lean Master of Lenovys – a management consulting and training company specializing in lean thinking.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Employees attending the event were welcomed by hostesses and stewards, as if they were in a big plane, to emphasize the importance of “flying” towards a new direction to be followed all together. The meeting was an <\/span><\/span>opportunity to debrief on ongoing projects<\/b><\/span><\/span> that make Oldrati an excellence in the area about sustainability and inclusion initiatives. This is demonstrated by the <\/span><\/span>Oldrati Academy program and the A Mano a Mano initiative<\/b><\/span><\/span> designed to increasingly integrate skilled workers with disabilities into business processes. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Also presented during the event were the <\/span><\/span>new opportunities and challenges the group faces between now and 2025<\/b><\/span><\/span> to be increasingly an international and forward-looking Group, to continue to be a <\/span><\/span>leading provider of high-tech solutions <\/b><\/span><\/span>through research and continuous improvement, confirming competence, entrepreneurship, and adaptability as its key success factors, every day.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
