The selection of 6 graduates for a training course aimed at placement
\nat the Oldrati Tooling center in Adrara San Martino (BG) is under way.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"After the success of the first edition, <\/span><\/span>Oldrati <\/b><\/span><\/span>– International Group in the production of rubber, plastic and silicone products, strengthens its people training and growth program by launching the <\/span><\/span>second edition of the “Oldrati Academy<\/b><\/span><\/span>“, with the collaboration of Randstad Italia, the world’s leading talent company in HR services.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The training course in this edition is aimed at 6 graduates in technical disciplines, with the goal of <\/span><\/span>training them and transferring them specialized skills, thus preparing them for professional activities as turners and millers.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a> The Academy will provide about <\/span><\/span>250 hours of training and mentoring<\/b><\/span><\/span> with internal and external faculty through the use of new tools and a new experimental method of skill acquisition: <\/span><\/span>augmented reality.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Students will be able to develop practical skills at the Oldrati Group plant in Adrara San Martino (BG). The project allows the creation of a training and job placement plan aimed at different types of professionals, which aims to stimulate professional start-ups and meet the needs of local businesses.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
