The Whistleblowing Channel is operated by an independent provider and remains active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Following a preliminary external analysis, the reports will then be forwarded internally to the relevant parties within the company.
In order to activate the verification and investigation process of the reports received, it is necessary that the allegation is supported by objective elements, providing useful information to identify the event, the company involved, the individuals involved and their responsibilities.
