Diversity

Diversity represents an extraordinary source of potential for Oldrati, and we believe that only an inclusive environment can lead people to create innovation and progress. We actively promote the idea that every person should be a key element in the success of the Group, fostering, from the outset, a culture based on welcoming and respecting differences, perspectives, and the unique characteristics of each individual.

Towards a working future without barriers:
Oldrati’s inclusive journey

The Oldrati Group has always collaborated with organisations aiming to improve the civil, social, environmental, and cultural conditions of workers. A prime example is the partnership with the cooperative “A mano a mano,” a collaboration driven by the Oldrati Group to support the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workforce.

Initially conceived as a pilot project, the collaboration has now surpassed its sixth year of activity, involving hundreds of workers and professionals and is certified according to the legal standards on labor. The progressive development of this project has allowed the creation of a new model, aiming to bring together the social cooperative’s mission to integrate workers with various disabilities into the workforce and the needs of businesses to carry out specific activities within predetermined timelines.

This project demonstrates that it is tangibly possible to establish a subsidy-free model in the local community where individuals with disabilities can thrive, showcasing their abilities to the fullest extent according to their potential.
