The selection of 7 graduates in technical disciplines for a training course aimed at employment at the production plant in Adro (BS) has started.
After the success of the first editions, Oldrati Group – one of the most important international groups in the production of technical articles in rubber, plastic and silicone – strengthens its people training and growth programme by launching the third edition of the “Oldrati Academy”, in collaboration with Randstad Italia, the world’s leading talent company in HR services.
The new training course is addressed to 7 graduates in technical disciplines and aims to train highly professional workers, dedicated to performance/quality control activities of the Group’s products, through the use of high-tech tools and machinery.
The Academy provides a 2-month course of classroom training and mentoring, includes classes with internal and external trainers, the use of state-of-the-art tools and specialisation in computer skills through a new experimental method of skill acquisition: the AI.
