Last Saturday, September 28, the Oldrati Group enthusiastically welcomed over 300 employees and their families to the Adro (BS) plant for the second edition of the “Porte Aperte” event. This initiative, organized in collaboration with Confindustria Bergamo, saw a large turnout and served as an important opportunity to celebrate the company’s 60th anniversary and share its progress in the field of innovation.
During the event, participants had the opportunity to take an exclusive plant tour to discover Oldrati’s innovative processes, a demonstration of the Group’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. A highlight of the day was the exclusive visit to the new High-Tech Polymers production building, dedicated to manufacturing high-performance polymer technical components. This state-of-the-art facility reflects Oldrati’s drive to remain pioneers in the sector, offering increasingly high-performing and sustainable solutions.
Additionally, the event featured the artistic work “Vedere Oltre,” created to celebrate the company’s 60th anniversary. The piece is the result of keywords written by each employee to describe the Group, which were then transformed into an artistic representation. This project reflects the Oldrati Group’s commitment to inclusion and upholding values within the company community.
The event also included moments of conviviality, helping to strengthen bonds between colleagues and their families, creating a perfect balance between family and professional life.
