Oldrati, one of the most important international groups in the production of rubber, plastic and silicone products, strengthens its people training and development programme by launching a collaboration with Randstad, a world leader in the human resources sector.

The collaboration with Randstad Italia envisages the development of a training and job placement plan divided into several stages and aimed at different types of neo-professionals, with the aim of stimulating professional start-ups and meeting the needs of the area.

With a view to strengthening and growth, this new project fits in well with the Oldrati Group’s Vision and with the training and collaboration projects already launched over the years with universities and technical institutes.

The first step of this innovative collaboration is aimed at young graduates in engineering and technical fields, who will have the opportunity to get involved within the Oldrati Group and deepen their methodological skills thanks to specific courses, training projects and internship programmes.

This training course will last 120 hours with three macro areas of work: in-depth study of Oldrati and the world of polymers, project management techniques and a final project assignment that will be presented to top management.

Investing in the growth of people and the territory is one of the pillars of the corporate vision that has always distinguished the Oldrati Group. Not only that, the attitude towards a future characterised by sustainable development and advanced innovation allows resources from all directions and at all levels to express themselves and bring their added value. One of the most representative elements of Oldrati’s green orientation is precisely Ogreen, the regenerated rubber. It is our ambition to bring the most up-to-date technologies to the Sebino Rubber District to allow every employee to get involved and innovate in the surrounding area. This is why we invite all new graduates to find out about the project and apply through the various recruitment channels,” comments Paolo Chiocca, HR Director of the Oldrati Group.

Our experience allows us to design, together with Oldrati, a project that contributes to the development of the territory, supporting training in a field that is as specific as it is in demand and promoting placement at the end of the courses“. Says Giorgia Bernardi, Randstad HR Solutions Senior Consultant.

The next step will start as early as next autumn, when the training course for recent graduates will be joined by another important opportunity of the Oldrati Academy aimed at young graduates. This further initiative aims to involve new young technical talents in cooperation with local schools by launching new apprenticeship and internship programmes. In particular, Oldrati aims to strengthen its collaboration with educational institutions in the area and to act as a reference for the world of work.
